This 90-minute class teaches participants how to live more in the moment. You will learn how to use your 5 senses to ground yourself and stay out of your busy mind more.
The class is limited to 6 participants.
This 90-minute class provides participants with a new perspective on anxiety. You will learn to practice self-compassion, understand your symptoms better and learn new ways to manage anxiety.
The class is limited to 4 participants.
This 90-minute group meets weekly to afford participants a safe place to talk about their life goals and to obtain and give peer to peer support.
The group is limited to 8 participants.
