INTEGRATING LOSS
This group will be about having a safe space with others to talk about loss, grief and to share feelings and concerns about the future. (IN DEVELOPMENT)
The class is limited to 6 participants.
EMBRACING ANXIETY
This three part-class provides participants with a new perspective on anxiety. You will learn to practice self-compassion, understand your symptoms better and learn new ways to manage anxiety.
The class is limited to 5 participants.
SUPPORT GROUP
This 90 minute group will afford participants a safe place to talk about their life goals and to obtain and give peer to peer support. (FULL)
The group is limited to 6 participants.
INTRODUCTION TO DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY (DBT)
This is a 90-minute, weekly series that introduces participants to the 4 modules of DBT. (Begins in Feb/March 2025)
